We focus on phone calls because leaks move fast and details matter. A short conversation lets the provider ask the right questions about your home and your symptoms, which helps them bring the right equipment the first time.

What should I have ready when I call?
- Your address or neighborhood.
- What you noticed, such as a stain, a warm floor, a wet yard or a high bill.
- Where in the home or yard you see it, and when it started.
- Any water meter readings you took with all water turned off.
- Whether your home is on a slab, has a crawlspace or has a basement.
- Whether you have a pool, spa, sprinkler system or gas appliances.
Is this an emergency?
If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility from outside first. For water emergencies, such as a burst pipe, water coming through a ceiling or sewage backing up, shut off your main water valve and then call us.
